This class is a breath initiated practice by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly. It moves so smoothly that you feel like you are flowing through them. This is a challenging yoga class both physically and mentally. It is created to push your boundaries with well thought sequencing, made up of demanding postures. Aerial yoga
Flying yoga combination of traditional yoga poses, Pilates, spine , shoulders and pelvis alignment with use of a hammock.
It helps to rebuild your emotional system it also helps to relieved lower back pain and scoliosis management.
