yin

Yin Yoga is a type of yoga which stretches and stresses our connective tissues, such as myofascial and joints. In order to address that, you are required to stay in one pose for some time to truly benefit from yin yoga. The focus of Yin Yoga is to target on the deeper tissues, increasing the circulation and the flexibility. It can be a good complement to the modern power yoga, in addition to it, it helps us to regain the mobility and ease the pain.
